What is included in event media production?

A brief can combine photography, videography, live streaming, social content, screen visuals and post-event editing. You can book a specific service or bring several together. The crew, coverage hours, deliverables and deadlines are agreed for your event.

How much does event coverage cost in the UAE?

The quote depends on the event duration, venue, number of rooms or stages, crew, equipment and final deliverables. Live streaming and on-site editing also affect the scope. Send your date, location, agenda and content requirements to request an event media quote.

Can you provide photography and videography together?

Yes. We can plan photography and video as part of the same brief, with coverage allocated around the moments you need. Let us know which sessions overlap and whether you also need interviews, sponsor content or social clips.

Can we receive photos and video edits on the same day?

Same-day photo selects and short edits can be included when planned in advance. We confirm the editing setup, number of assets, approval contact and deadlines before the event. Longer recap films and full session edits have a separate delivery schedule.

Do you cover events outside Dubai?

Yes. We provide event media services in Abu Dhabi and across all seven emirates. Share each venue, event date and access window so we can confirm crew availability, travel and setup requirements.

Can you live stream a conference or hybrid event?

Yes. Our live streaming service can bring camera coverage and event audio to remote viewers. We review the platform, venue connectivity, audience access and any recording requirements with you before confirming the production setup.

What content can we use after the event?

Depending on your brief, deliverables can include edited photo galleries, highlight films, conference recordings, speaker interviews, sponsor edits and social clips. Agree the formats and intended uses before filming so the crew captures what each version needs.
