What does on-site media production include?
It covers the technical setup and media crew working at your venue. Depending on your brief, this can include lighting, audio-visual systems, multi-camera stage filming, mobile editing, photo printing, LED walls, backdrops, teleprompters and podiums. We agree the equipment, crew and deliverables in your quote.
Do you support events outside Dubai?
Yes. We provide on-site media production in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and across the UAE, as well as Dubai. Send your venue location and event dates so we can confirm availability, travel and setup requirements as part of the proposal.
How much does on-site media production cost?
The cost depends on event duration, venue size, crew numbers, cameras, lighting, audio and screen requirements. On-site editing and photo printing also affect the scope. Share your dates, venue, programme, required content and budget range through our contact page for a quote tailored to your event.
Can you deliver a same-day event highlight video?
Yes, same-day edits can be included when planned in advance. The number of clips, edit length, footage availability, approval process and screening or publishing deadline determine what is practical. We confirm the delivery schedule before the event, with time allocated for review and export.
Can you work with our venue's existing AV team?
Yes. Share the venue's equipment list and your AV team's contact details so we can identify the additional support needed. Camera positions, audio feeds, lighting, screen connections and setup access should be agreed together before event day.
Can we add live streaming or social media coverage?
Yes. Our live streaming services and social media event coverage can be scoped alongside on-site production. Include your platforms, audience and content deadlines in the brief. For a live stream, we also need to review the venue's connectivity and broadcast requirements.
How early should we book the production team?
Contact us once your event date and venue are taking shape. Planning time depends on the size of the setup, equipment availability, content preparation and venue access. Include any rehearsal dates and installation windows so the schedule covers preparation as well as the event itself.
What information do you need to prepare a proposal?
Send your event date, venue, audience size, running order and the services you need. Include available AV equipment, stage and screen specifications, brand assets and delivery deadlines. Flag Arabic and English presentation or content requirements, along with who will supply and approve the relevant text.
